Benefit from the wide range of our modern machinery, with injected part weights from 5 to 13,000 grams and clamping forces from 50 to 2,300 tons. Our experienced team will manufacture your plastic injection molding products using almost all thermoplastics ( materials spectrum: PBT, POM, PA, PC, ASA, ABS, SAN, PE, PP, PS, PMMA, MBS). That enables us to offer you a very high degree of flexibility in parts production.

Our certified quality management, according to ISO 9001, ensures safe processes and consistent quality. Our quality assurance includes extensive release processes and continuous testing by our experienced production team. In addition, regular spot checks guarantee products of consistently high quality. Reference samples, periodic reserve samples, and appropriate documentation complement our quality assurance concept and ensure that your requirements are met and maintained.

Using our digital worker monitoring system, our employees continuously monitor and check the reliable execution of all production steps for the highest quality in the course of worker self-checking.

 

CAQ-System (Computer-added Quality System)All inspection parameters are recorded in the CAQ system. Each production batch is documented in the control chart. We also use the system to monitor all production steps, from incoming goods inspection to test equipment management.
