Steam conditioning - with two pallet positions in the conditioning chamber

When using dry, unconditioned polyamide components, they may be prone to stress cracking or fractures. The optimum properties of polyamide only develop when saturation with water is achieved.

​

Compared to water bath conditioning, the steam conditioning process offers the advantage that water absorption extends into the core of the component and is retained for longer.

Logistics

Our experienced sales and shipping staff ensure that your orders are picked and processed on time. To accomplish this smoothly while producing many thousands of molded parts every day, we have approximately 12,000 square meters of storage space. We can also furnish you with separate safety storage facilities within our temperature-controlled warehouses.

In addition to top-quality production, on-time delivery is a top priority for us. Our close cooperation with local forwarding agencies enables us to deliver your goods flexibly, quickly, and without complications. On request also overnight or within one day.
