We know what counts
In our in-house tool shop, we use our know-how, many years of experience and motivated specialists to produce your molds and keep them ready for production at all times.
Quality right from the start. Our in-house toolmaking shop makes it happen
High-quality molds and tools are indispensable for the mass production of large quantities. Our tool shop is staffed with experienced, highly qualified employees. We can offer all the necessary machining processes from a single source with a high degree of flexibility - development, design, milling, turning, eroding, grinding, polishing, sampling, or getting your product ready for volume production.
Efficient internal communication facilitates direct exchange between mold makers and plastic molders - because our mold making shop is located right next to the injection molding production facility.
Our in-house tool shop not only gives us an immense vertical range in the production of components but can also offer you the construction of your own tools in addition to components designed together with our R+D department.
Therefore, we are ideally equipped for all incoming challenges and can flexibly and economically design in-house all production processes such as implementation, optimization, maintenance, and repair. That means we can reduce production downtimes due to tool breakage or wear to a minimum and ensure consistent product quality. Should tool repairs, tool modifications or the urgent procurement of spare parts be required, we can react within the shortest possible time and achieve an extremely high level of process reliability.
Our technical services at a glance:
-
CAD / Computer Aided Design - designs based on SOLIDWORKS
-
CAM / Computer Aided Manufacturing - workshop control with the help of HSMWorks and DCAM
-
Latest milling, turning, grinding and eroding technology
-
Processing of all known data formats
-
Filling simulation by SOLIDWORKS Plastics
Tests, validation and pilot series
Whether weld lines and tolerances fit, no warpage occurs, or whether the parts are free of burrs can be simulated. Still, it only becomes apparent during filling studies, which are always performed on the planned production machine. That also facilitates the optimization of cycle times and material usage under real-life conditions before starting series production. The pilot series production helps put the injection molded part through its paces in the application and test it for potential discrepancies.
